Ingredients & Variations

BRUSSELS SPROUTS: Use fresh Brussels sprouts for this recipe if you can. If they are large, cut them in half. Smaller sprouts can be left whole.

You can use frozen sprouts too but the texture is a bit softer. Frozen Brussel sprouts do not need to be thawed first but cooking time will need to be increased.

BACON: Use regular cut bacon. If you have thick cut bacon I would suggest partially cooking it in the air fryer before wrapping (like we do with bacon wrapped scallops) so it crisps properly.

VARIATIONS: For more of a glaze, substitute the brown sugar with maple syrup. The bacon can also be substituted for a thinly sliced pancetta. For a kick, try brushing with some sriracha, too!
