Building wealth through real estate has been a top wealth strategy for decades. Now, more celebrities are jumping on the bandwagon and sharing their real estate interests. Rick Ross is earning millions from his Georgia mansion that was featured in ‘Coming to America’. After purchasing the foreclosed property in 2014, he’s been able to turn the home into an income-producing asset through visits and movie production inquiries.
Rihanna is also making moves in the real estate space. She’s renting out her Beverly Hills mansion for $80,000 per month.
