A Family Favorite

We love meals that are as much fun to make as they are to eat! Homemade pizza can be made to your liking, thick or thin crust, and your choice of toppings.

This recipe uses Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing as the sauce. The dressing adds a great tangy flavor and of course chunks of blue cheese because more cheese is always better!

We all know that a great creamy dressing pairs perfectly with buffalo wings (and helps to cool the heat a little bit)! Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing is great on this pizza too!

Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Pizza

DOUGH If you want to keep it easy, use refrigerated pizza dough, or you can pizza dough.

SAUCE Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch dressing makes a perfect sauce to pair with the spicy buffalo sauce.

CHEESE This pizza is covered in loads of gooey, melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese, but feel free to mix it up and add cheddar or blue cheese crumbles as great options.

TOPPINGS  Shredded or leftover chopped cooked chicken tossed with buffalo sauce give this pizza a traditional buffalo chicken wing flavor. Add sliced red onions, green bell peppers, or your other favorite toppings.

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Pizza

  1. Roll out the dough and spread with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
  2. Toss chicken with buffalo sauce, add over the dressing. Top with red onion and cheese.
