After a short stint at Compass, the nine digit-producing The Seely Group returns to Keller Williams. When the world stopped in 2020, co-founders and husband-and-wife duo Dallas and Amy Seely share, the team looked up and realized they had been going too fast. “We took a step back to dissect and evaluate everything about our team and our company. Where are we now? Where do we ultimately want to go and what things have to change or pivot for us to get there as fast as possible?” says Dallas. With the intention of knocking down the house and rebuilding its foundation, the team made a move.
A Swift Visit
When the duo stepped away, it was just them and an assistant, before they rapidly began setting sales records and growing their team. Last year, The Seely Group burgeoned to more than 12 people and a significant volume increase, and was named third in the top 50 fastest-growing companies in Central Texas by the Austin Business Journal. However, the more Dallas and Amy were seeing their growth vision come true, the clearer it became that their new brokerage’s infrastructure was primarily built to support solo luxury agents. Today, the team is back home, in an environment which supports and celebrates their growth.
“From where we were, having to push for the right to grow, we thought about Gary,” Dallas says. “He wrote the book for what we desire to do, which is build something bigger than ourselves that will impact more lives beyond our own. It’s evident that the entire ecosystem, internal business mantra, and culture of Keller Williams is to celebrate those efforts with inspiration, support, models, and systems that make it easier to accomplish.”
An Expansive Vision
With legacy and expansion in mind, the team is poised for exponential growth with the support of the KW Expansion Network (KWEN). As they were rebuilding from the ground up, The Seely Group added a back-of-the-house support team to complement their sales force. They also rewrote their mission statement, which is “to ensure others build their legacy through real estate.” Now 35 producers strong, the team is on pace to hit their 2022 sales goal – $300M. And, they are fired up to partner with the big thinkers of KWEN.
“I love that the expansion network was built with the sole purpose to serve mega teams, mega businesses, and mega entrepreneurs that thrive without boxes or ceilings,” Dallas says. The Seely Group is already expanding to San Antonio and Houston this year, with a plan in place for Dallas-Fort Worth as well. “We want The Seely Group to be in all 50 states, in every major market, in Mexico, Canada, and Italy within the next seven years. KWEN will help us get there.”
